I am Chris Hedges.  I am a husband, father, drummer, runner, triathlete and more.  There have some been interesting twists and turns in the path of my life and I look forward to many more adventures.

I created this blog as a journal to help save the memories of the path of life that I go down.  I am really just writing them for me, but I get great joy when others find something interesting or are inspired by the posts.  I want to be able to read these posts in my old age and be able to relive the fun stuff I have done.
